From start to finish, his team was awesome. They worked efficiently, explained ahead of time how long it would take and what needed to be done, the cleanup was great (left nothing behind), answered all my questions as simple as they were, took all the old furnaces and hot water tanks away, and explained I could call them anytime. Since then I have called for little questions. Teresa (who answers the phone) is courteous, helpful, resourceful, knowledgeable and troubleshoots over the phone. If she can't fix the problem or answer the question, she will find someone to phone you back promptly. Thus saving someone from coming to your home and charging you a service fee. She's awesome too! I highly recommend them as a great furnace contractor - customer service is the best!”
