Annual 18-point furnace tune-up & safety check:
Check thermostat operation

Check filter and replace if needed (includes 1” standard-sized filter only, pleated filters available for an additional charge)
Inspect drain line
Inspect combustion air intake
Check carbon monoxide detectors in home
Perform leak test on furnace gas line
Check temperature rise and verify manufacturer specification

10% discount on hourly labour for any additional furnace tune-ups throughout the year; any required parts will be charged out as normal.
NO OVERTIME charges on any job, even if it takes place outside of regular business hours.
Priority emergency service within 48 hours; this means your call will be given priority status in the job queue to ensure faster service.
One-year warranty on all new parts. Any failed parts will be replaced at no charge.
